Complete Complex Care was founded in 2023 by the Registered Manager who is a Specialist Complex Care Nurse. The formation of Complete Complex Care is personal.
It was born through a vision of a clinically sound and truly nurse-led bespoke complex care provision. The Registered Manager has observed care at home, palliative care and Complex Care services delivered through a business development led model one size fit all, which often conflicted with service users’ satisfaction /or person-centred care.
Wanting to get away from this model gives Complete Complex Care Ltd the freedom and scope to deliver the care they are passionate about, wholly person-centred upon giving our clients the best possible care and outcomes that meet their needs. The Registered manager of Complete Complex Care Ltd, brings over 20 years of experience in health and social care, ensuring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in delivering high-quality care services to our service users.
